Platform Nature and Compliance

Trapt.Space operates as a content creation platform that hosts and distributes third-party content from multiple content creators. As such, we are responsible for monitoring creator compliance with payment processor requirements, including the Stripe Services Agreement and Prohibited and Restricted Businesses policies. All content creators and users must comply with these requirements as a condition of platform access.

User Responsibility

By using Trapt.Space, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all content you create, challenges you set, and answers you provide. The platform is a tool for entertainment and educational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying that you meet any age requirements for content you access or create. All users must comply with our payment processor's Services Agreement and applicable business restrictions.

Prohibited and Restricted Businesses

In accordance with our payment processor requirements, the following businesses and activities are strictly prohibited on Trapt.Space:

  • Adult content and services (including but not limited to pornography, escort services, or adult entertainment)
  • Gambling, gaming, or betting services
  • Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia
  • Money transmission or peer-to-peer payment facilitation
  • High-risk financial services
  • Weapons, explosives, or related materials
  • Counterfeit or unauthorized goods
  • Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
  • Any illegal activities or content

Users found to be operating restricted businesses or creating prohibited content will have their accounts immediately suspended or terminated.

Content Monitoring and Compliance

Trapt.Space maintains robust policies and controls to detect and remove illegal content and prevent misuse of our services. We continuously monitor content and user activities to ensure compliance with payment processor requirements and applicable laws. Users consent to such monitoring as a condition of service use. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate services without prior notice for compliance violations.

Payment Processing and Financial Compliance

All payment processing on Trapt.Space is subject to our payment processor's terms and conditions. Users acknowledge that we do not support personal or peer-to-peer money transmission services. Any attempts to use the platform for unauthorized financial services or money transmission will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Mature Content and Age Verification

While adult content is prohibited per our payment processor requirements, users must still verify their eligibility before accessing any content. By using this service, you confirm that:

  • You are of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this platform
  • You understand that user-generated content is monitored for compliance
  • You accept full responsibility for determining whether content is appropriate for your viewing
  • You will not access or create content that violates our prohibited businesses policy
  • You will not use the platform for any illegal activities

Trapt.Space actively monitors content for compliance but users must also exercise their own judgment and discretion.

Content Ownership and Liability

You retain full ownership and responsibility for all content you upload, including but not limited to images, text, URLs, questions, and answers. You warrant that you have the legal right to share such content and that it complies with our prohibited businesses policy and all applicable laws. You are solely liable for any violations and agree to indemnify Trapt.Space for any resulting damages or legal issues.

User-Generated Challenges

All challenges, puzzles, questions, and their corresponding answers are created by users and subject to our content monitoring policies. Trapt.Space does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content, but maintains the right to remove content that violates our compliance requirements. Users participate in challenges at their own discretion and risk.

Prohibited Content

Users must not create content that is:

  • Related to prohibited or restricted businesses as defined by our payment processor
  • Adult content of any kind (including suggestive or sexual content)
  • Illegal, harmful, or malicious
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Offensive, discriminatory, or harassing
  • Misleading or fraudulent
  • Facilitating money transmission or unauthorized financial services
  • Containing personal information of others
  • Violating local content restrictions or decency standards

Violations will result in immediate content removal and potential account termination.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms, payment processor requirements, or applicable laws. Terminations may occur without prior notice, and users are not entitled to refunds for terminated accounts. Repeat violations or severe violations may result in permanent platform bans.

Service Availability

Trapt.Space is provided "as is" without warranties. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice, including for compliance reasons or payment processor requirements.

Data and Privacy

Your use of this service is subject to our data handling practices and compliance monitoring requirements. We may store and analyze content for compliance purposes and may share information with payment processors or law enforcement as required. Users should not include sensitive personal information in their content.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Trapt.Space, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, user-generated content, or compliance enforcement actions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time to reflect changes in payment processor requirements, legal obligations, or platform policies. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Acceptance

By using Trapt.Space, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms, including compliance with payment processor requirements and prohibited business restrictions. You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and at your own risk, and subject to ongoing compliance monitoring.
